LIC & barbell

I checked back posts but I couldn't find the total weight of the barbell that Cathe is using in LIC? If she says it then I missed it.

Hi Nicky,
I'm pretty sure that Cathe says she's using 20lbs in LIC. If I'm wrong I'm sure someone will correct me;-) But that's what I used and it seemed just about right.
