CCB done. Loving this mellow workout. Yes, I feel guilty only doing one workout a day after reading about all you workout maniacs, but it's my recovery week and I'm sticking to that excuse
A-Jock - I typically think of myself as an energetic person, but you & Sandra make me a sloth in comparison

Brenda - How old is your GD, gotta' love those workout interruptions
Sandra - Thank goodness you took a rest day - good for you!! The UB workout is 47 minutes (I think). It feels like a mini circuit workout because it moves so fast and the workout flies by. I do not have specific DOMS today (although I did not up my weight each round), but I do have an overall soreness - probably because I have not picked up a weight since starting Insanity. It's a good efficient workout. Like you, I particularly enjoy these shorter workouts.
