Good Morning, All!

CPR is done and I tacked on P90X/Ab Ripper afterward and it felt pretty darn good, almost like an extended stretch :) My calves & inner theighs seem to be the most sore. I took some extra breaks during CPR and did not pick up too much speed during the 3rd round, but all in all a great workout. Looking forward to reading about yours today - have a great one

Good Morning,
Checking in while it's still fresh in my mind.

I also completed CPR. I tacked on 12 minutes on the treadmill for an extra warm-up and cool down. This didn't seem as hard Plyo. I'm not complaining mind you. ;)

I had to go back to standard tricep dips early and subbed regular push-up for the moving ones, but I survived another day! Rather then take breaks I just slow my pace down.

Gotta hit the shower, I'll BBL today....

I just finished the first workout and I am typing this in a pool of my sweat . Plyo cardio circuit. I guess this is the same as the sampler. Those abs exercises kill me. My arms get so tired holding myself up. But I did it.

I need to hit the showers have a good day.

Workout for the day DONE! I did CPR and then 20 minutes of incline walking (12%) at 4mph on the treadmill. I have to say I absolutely HATE these workouts when i'm doing them b/c they push me so hard but I LOVE them when they are done b/c i feel so accomplished. I've been working out for the past 10 years and I guess the intensity i'm feeling with these workouts are how i felt when i first started working out (running) over 10 yrs ago. Any of you ladies have the shakeology sold by BB? Wondering if it tastes good and is worth the $$.

Hi everybody, sound like good workouts. I did Cardio power and resistance. I didn't think it was as bad as plyo either but still a killer. i agree i dread doing these but feel great and know I am getting in awesome shape. I think the fact that it's 60 days helps too. I couldn't do this for much more! C-ya tomorrow recovery day sounds good to me

Hey Guys,

checking in for today. Did CPR. I've got plenty of room for improvement;)
I did a pre-warm-up on my rebounder then a foam rolller stretch before starting the workout.

Kareiv- Yes, I have the Shakeology in both flavors (chocolate and greenberry). I think they both taste great:D
Everyone has a different way of making it. You can just add water, if that's what you like, but I use it as a meal replacement/snack, so I like to add some extras even though my chocolate recipe only comes out to about 250 calories and greenberry is about 300.

Here's how I make mine:

-8oz. almond milk
-50 grams frozen cherries (about 15 cherries)/or strawberries
-ice
-chocolate Shakeology

-8oz. almond milk
-1 Tbs. natural peanut butter
-ice
-greenberry Shakeology

Blend until thick and creamy.=DELICIOUS

I'm a BB coach, so if you don't have one already, you can order through me.

I'll be posting my Day 3 video blog on youtube tonight, check it out if you want. You can just search iseefitpeople on youtube.

Hi All,
Glad to hear everyone had a good workout.

Any of you ladies have the shakeology sold by BB? Wondering if it tastes good and is worth the $$.

I hadn't looked into them. I looked at the specifications and the shakes themselves look fine, but then I looked at the price. Are you kidding me? 30 servings for a 140 calorie shake for $120 bucks. I'll take a pass. I can make my own protein shakes and take vitamins for much less. JMHO

I am going camping this weekend so I'm not sure if I'm going to try and take the laptop and workout outside on Saturday or take my rest day on Saturday and workout later on Sunday (to then workout again Monday morn). Or should I just skip the second Plyo workout this week? :(

Hi everyone,
HOLY BANANAS pure cardio left me drenched in sweat and feeling fabulous. I haven't done a workout that intense in some time. My heartrate did go up to 222 for some of the moves and I did take several unscheduled rests during the workout. My quads are shaking from all the plyo and stance jacks. This is a winner!! Now off for an epsom salts soak and ibuprofen.

Greetings, Insanitinas! I did a mish-mosh of Cardio Power & Resistance (shortening up the prestretch considerably, and skipping the post w/o stretch), then did the two post-warm-up cardio cycles from Plyometric Circuit, and polished it off with Cardio Abs. Totally drenched. I found Cardio Abs to be slightly less challenging (and only about half the duration) of Insane Abs that I did on Sunday.

My next Insanity w/o will be this coming Sunday, and I'll use Max Interval Plyo as the main workout and tack on either the Fit Test drills or something else Insane at the end. Will also do Insane Abs again.

Great workouts, people!

Brenda,
I'm still nervous about Pure Cardio. I have not previewed it yet. I'm not sure I want to.

Hi Annette,
Good to see you checking in here.
Whew!! You give a totally new meaning to the name of this series. Way to amp it up. Hopefully I won't get in your way while you run laps around me. LOL
