CPR is done and I tacked on P90X/Ab Ripper afterward and it felt pretty darn good, almost like an extended stretch My calves & inner theighs seem to be the most sore. I took some extra breaks during CPR and did not pick up too much speed during the 3rd round, but all in all a great workout. Looking forward to reading about yours today - have a great one
