Good Morning All!!
CR for me today and call me crazy, but this stretch is starting to grow on me. I actually liked the lunges & squat pulses and how deep the stretches got. Can't wait to jump back into a Cathe workout since I always dread all her pulse moves. My hats off to you who are adding more to this program. While sometimes I feel like I could add on more weight work, etc., I understand that I need the rest days to be able to continue this program for the full 60 days.
Dawn & Kariev - hope you feel better and just do what you can

Becky - sometimes life gets in the way. you have a lot on your plate now and your daughters must be your priorities, mine are 7 & 4, but I already see how quickly they grow up
Brenda - i can relate to the puke point on quite a few occasions. i workout first thing in the morning with my coffee & water and sometimes I feel that coffee
Sandra - i have yet to do any of these workouts without at least slowing my pace down or taking a few second break to be able to jump back in. enjoy CR
