CR done. Aaaaahhhhhh and much better than last week. I did not have any issues with the squat pulses

Kariev - I'm sure you did great on your test. I hope you get to celebrate today.
ISeeFitPeople - PCC was rough for me yesterday and I attribute it to doing CPR, PC and PCC back to back. Although in seeing what you accomplish in a day/week, I don't think that is a factor for you - you go girl!!!!
I keep saying I'm going to add on to these workouts and I considered doing the upper body deluxe workout today, but I'm liking my results so far with the program as is. I'm leaning out everywhere and can't wait to see how I will be at the end of the program. I haven't weighed myself, but DH has lost 7 lbs already
