CR done. Aaaaahhhhhh and much better than last week. I did not have any issues with the squat pulses :)

Kariev - I'm sure you did great on your test. I hope you get to celebrate today.

ISeeFitPeople - PCC was rough for me yesterday and I attribute it to doing CPR, PC and PCC back to back. Although in seeing what you accomplish in a day/week, I don't think that is a factor for you - you go girl!!!! :D

I keep saying I'm going to add on to these workouts and I considered doing the upper body deluxe workout today, but I'm liking my results so far with the program as is. I'm leaning out everywhere and can't wait to see how I will be at the end of the program. I haven't weighed myself, but DH has lost 7 lbs already :D

Cardio Recovery felt great this morning. I still can't believe I did 4 days in a row of the cardio WO's. The next two should breeze by right? :rolleyes:

I added on some shoulder, bicep, and tri-cep work. I decided to dust off Tamile's I want those arms for old times sake. Ugg. I muted part way through, went heavier and didn't feel overly worked. :( I did better when I did my own rotation of exercises.

Today i did Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs. The workouts went very well... except for some 10 second water sips i plowed straight through Pure Cardio. doing cardio abs right after was a little tough. I had to pause the DVD when I was doing the double leg in out up and down because my hip flexors were killing me from all the previous work and i was losing form. Other than that, great workout.

Off to shower and then to the Cincinnati Zoo with my daughter and granddaughter. This zoo has lots of hills so I will be happily hiking along....

Morning, everyone! Today I'm doing Max Cardio Conditioning + Cardio Abs. I previewed it yesterday and it looks, well... insane! Also looks like fun. :)
 
Hi ladies!!!! I"m so excited that i passed my boards! I was sure that i failed it. It was so hard and it took every second of the 5hrs they alloted. Its such a huge relief! So today i did power hour (minus chest and planks b/c i did enough of those with yesterdays workout) I forgot how much i like this full body workout. I followed it with 30 min on the elliptical. I preivewed max plyo circuit which i plan to do tomorrow. Another hour long workout. I feel still tired after yesterdays workout but i'm not sure if it is just from the workout; may also be mental fatigue. Sounds like you ladies are doing well:)
 
I don't have much time but kariev, Woo Hoo!!! It's great that you get the results back so quickly.

Now back to work and putting out 3 different fires at once..... :(

I responded in OD, but wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS!!! Also, the mat I have is 3' x 6'6" (and I'm sure it is the 3/8" thick rather than the 1/4"). I couldn't imagine doing plyo without it. HTH
 
Congrats, kariev!!! What an accomplishment!

Max Cardio was sooo hard. Maybe I was more tired than usual, but it really kicked my butt! The way some of the exercises are strung together absolutely kills the legs. But I love it. :) Cardio abs is the same as on the other disk.
 
Havefun- no issues with the squat pulses!!! Wow, that's great! i was still burning out today. Ya, maybe doing CPR, PC and PCC back to back contributed to my suckiness yesterday, but it was also my poor attitude going into it as well:rolleyes:

Kareiv-congrats on passing your boards, you must feel so relieved:)

I think I'm going to sub out the Cardio Recovery days for PiYo- it's kind of similar but a longer workout and plus I need to work on PiYo for work.

How are your quads hanging in there? Mine are sooooo dead tired all the time!

I wasn't able to video blog today, as there is no more memory on my computer- have to make some space.
