If I wasn't doing STS, I'd probably just have skipped today, because I really wasn't in the mood to workout. But, I really don't want to mess up my rotation so I did it, and fortunately Cathe was not there to hear me being rude to her.
Today was Disk 5 Back and Triceps. I did get to use my tower for chin ups and pull ups. I did the easier version with legs bent and just managed to eek out 12 of them. The other day I was showing the boys how to do it and I managed 1 vertical one like Cathe does. So, I've got tons of room for improvment!
Denise I've got Disk 6 tomorrow and I'm hoping I come out of it better than I did with Disk 3.
