Ladies,
Can we please let the "Is it Necessary?" post die for god's sake?
I come here looking for fitness tips and to be in an environment of fitness minded people like myself. Off the topic conversations are great and I love them because it gives me a chance to get to know you all. However, if it's just gonna be alot of whining and bashing, I wish you wouldn't post it.
We should be able to post our opinions respectfully and not have to be attacked for them. If you disagree with someone, then say so intelligently and respectfully. And then move on. If you cannot accept the fact that everyone doesn't always have the same opinions, then you shouldn't be here. Period. Geez I am starting to feel like the "dumbed down", "touchy feely", "always gotta be politically correct cause someone's feelings will be hurt", society we live in is infiltrating Cathe's wonderful site. Pretty soon we'll be discussing "sweat-free workouts" because Cathe's workouts aren't P.C. and are just toooo hard! Wahhhhhhhhh!
I respectfully ask that we all LIGHTEN UP!!

here's an option for those not squeamish at heart.....

Hey Trev,

Don't want a "dumbed down," "touchy feely" forum? Come on over to www.mindundermuscle.com. We could use a few good men over there. We don't hold back & let the fur fly from time to time but we also don't take it so personally. We're kind of a no-holds barred type of forum. We have forums just for "politics," "adult" humor, check-ins & workout advice, among others. Mark Henrikson (probably spelled wrong), one of the original founders of the Firm, used to give great advice like Cathe--he's been AWOL for a few weeks.

Having seen some of your reactions to thong threads, you would probably enjoy the Roof Lounge over there. Surf on over, register--you have to register to get in but it's free--and check us out!
