I have some of her tapes to give to folks as a jump start, and have some extras, along with her Walk-Away belt. I decided to try one (actually two) myself yesterday since I've been exhausted even after taking a week off from exercise. I wanted to do SOMETHING, but knew I should not attempt Gauntlet like I really wanted to do. I wanted to walk outside, but it was cold and raining.
I combined Leslie's Walk and Jog, and and 2nd and 3rd miles of the
1-2-3 Super Fat Burner tapes (using the belt), and got a really good workout! It was very simple, and I modified some stuff to make it more intense. The whole thing was 50 minutes, and I really sweated.
I will keep these alongside my Charlene tapes when I need to do something, but not go all out.
