Hello, I have been doing Cathe for about 4-5 months. I love it and feel great! I am tall and thin, but can't seem to get rid of the extra little saddle bags right at the top of my rear legs. I do Gym Style legs, Lower body Pyramid, Legs and Glutes on the Kick Punch and Crunch DVD, and Butts and Guts. Is there anything else I should be doing that can get rid of these saddle bags? I am 44 so maybe they will never go away. I am a very hard worker and motivated to do whatever it takes. I also eat very clean and run and bike.

I got rid of my saddlebags doing kickboxing (mainly Taebo). I have also noticed a difference in my legs from running and doing lots of walking lunges. I'm 46 by the way and started working out seriously at 37. I continue to see good changes in my body.
 
Thanks for your response! Wow, there is hope! What is Taebo? What do you recommend I buy? I run a lot too. It does help. Maybe I am to picky, but I really would like to see if I can get rid of the last little bit. Thanks for your help!
 
Taebo is kickboxing. The instructor is Billy Blanks. You might also want to try ballet for the saddlebags. I don't have any and I've done ballet for years. Many people have had luck with the iballet workouts by Grace Lazenby. They are tough downloadable ipod workouts. They come with PDFs so you can see what you're supposed to be doing.
