HELP!

I consider myself fairly active. I have three children ages 6,5 and 3. I am almost 35 years of age. I am 5' and weigh 117. I did the southbeach diet and lost 5 pounds which brought me to my current weight of 117 - about 1 year ago. I watch my carbs as the south beach recommends but I do occassionly splurge. The problem: I am moderately toned EXCEPT in my legs. I have somewhat of a pear shaped figure (tiny waste and bigger legs). It seems as though if I loose weight it comes off up top first which I know that is the first place you loose it. I've tried numerous toning excersizes which only seems to make my legs bigger. I don't want my legs to get bigger!!!!

Can you give me a workout regimen specially designed for myself.

Cathe's August rotation is specifically for toning the lower body. Being pear shaped as well, I understand your frustration. What has helped me believe it or not, is to lower the amount of weight when doing leg work. I stay around 40lbs and no more than 50lbs for squats lunges and deadlifts. Also when using the high step for step ups, I only use 10lb dumbbells. Hope this helps and good luck.
