Can you still get good results if you don't use your target weight on legs? I'm in week 3 of Meso 1 right now and have maxed out my equipment--but I'm still "feeling it."
I really can't and don't want to spend any more $$$ on weights right now. My barbell goes to 95lbs. and my dumbbells go to 30lbs. I supplement with a 10lb. weighted vest and 1, 2.5 & 5lb. wrist/ankle weights. I've ordered VersaGrips (anxiously awaiting them
), because my grip was giving out with what I'm currently using--even though my target weight is higher on some exercises than what I have.
My goals for my legs are running strength/speed and leaning out. I have short, muscular legs with plenty of definition. I don't have a squat rack and will be doing the Plyo Legs option when I get to that point.
