Legs-Premix one+rear delts

This was my facebook status as I have a few friends that wanted updates as I did the workouts..

For those interested--Today's XTrain update with Cathe Friedrich. Day 2 of the 30 day rotation was Legs Premix one, which was the standing, ball and floor portion of legs+rear delts. The heaviest weight Cathe uses is 10lbs, but don't let this fool you. My legs were absolutely screaming (they still are, actually). Added in the 100 rep challenge at the end, which was hip thrusts, and I'm questioning whether a 30lb barbell was a bit ambitious....oh my tushy is quivering...

It was a fantastic leg workout and I have no doubt I will have major DOMS tomorrow.
 
Oh, can't wait to try this one! Wow, nothing higher than 10 lbs? Only Cathe can do that and still put near kill you. :)
