Better legs
BESTICAN - First off, make sure you are near your ideal weight. Extra weight shows up in all kinds of places maybe even your legs. If you are near your goal weight, I suggest you continue your training but add some sculpting moves that will sculpt the smaller muscles. How do I know this? Well I injured my knee a few times and found that the physical therapy helped give me the little extra definition I was lacking with my workout rotations.
Here's what I do: Straight leg cable - you can use a resistance band tied to a stable object and do inner/outer/front and back. Try to build up your reps to about 2-3 sets of 20 reps. I also do the floor work from gym style legs. Another favorite exersize is to hold a hand weights and turn sideways on your step - 6 to 8 inches. Slowly lower one leg to the floor (keep it straight) while bending the one on the step, and then straighten. Build up to about 20 SLOW reps holding about 20 lbs total. Again, build up to this. I also need to step forward slowly to strengthen my knee. This has helped define and strengthen the muscles around my knee. My calves are really little so I do extra calf work - exercises like the ones in the first cycle of STS. It only takes me about 10 minutes 2 or 3 times a week to add these at the end of my workout, and my legs are more defined.
Finally, go out and get some sunless tanning lotion. I loke the kind that you use every day so it adds a little color!!! Best wishes!
