Now come on ... you know I have to do this for every single tape in the Body Blast series - LOL!!

I watched this one Friday as Nik did it, and today I did it for myself. WHAT FUN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kind of different in that it moves faster than I thought while watching it, and it's very much endurance as well as strength. The weights used are lighter, and I thought at first they would be too light, but because it moves quickly they're not! I used 3# ankle weights, and felt like I could easily go heavier next time. I really love the different work for the lower body muscles! It's a nice change from the other lower body work. That's what I love about Cathe's workouts - no boredom and RESULTS!! I was lying on my side doing inner thigh lifts, and I could SEE how toned and defined my quads are now! WAY cool !!!! :D The song at the end with the stretch - "Linger" is great!! Once again, I found myself singing through this one!! :) How can you not???

Nik and I have decided to do Push Pull tomorrow when she gets home from school. I know ... that will be two days in a row I've done strength training, but I'm bad like that at times - LOL! Wednesday I'm doing Cardio & Weights, and I PROMISE to go "light" on the weights, okay? }(

:D This is my FAVORITE lower body workout and I hate lower body workouts (you know what they say, (the body parts you hate working out are the ones you need the most work on)! Love the music, floorwork, step-leg work, ankle weights. It is refreshing not to have to use the barbell.
