Legs & Glutes

Can any of you that have done Legs & Glutes please tell me if it feels more like an endurance workout or a strength workout?

I mean, is it more like Leaner Legs or Pure Strength Legs, for example?
 
Definetely more endurance in my opinion. The heaviest weight Cathe uses in it is 15 pound dumbells for a couple exercises. She also holds two 12 pounders for a coulple sets of the plie squates and lunges. I think it is a little easier than Leaner Legs though. This is on my rotation for tonight... Yippee ;)

Hi! If you don't mind me asking;how many days a week do you workout to Cathe. I am totally new to her and love her. My goal is NOT to lose weight, but to stay tone and a little muscular. I'm afraid to do too much for fear of losing muscle tone. Ya know there's such a fine line in working out and eating enough,but not too much and on and on . Anyways any tips you can give me would be great!! Thanks again Kathy
 
More than "strength" vs. "endurance"," I'd say it's more of a "functional" routine than some of her others.
