Good afternoon everyone. I just tried legs & glutes for the first time, what a great work out. Does anybody else love hate it like I do.

Cathe has no mercy whew. I took a rest day yesterday, so today I did circuit max and then legs and glutes, I feel great!!!.

I love Legs and Glutes. It is my favorite leg workout right now. Cathe's workouts keep getting better.

It is one of my favortie leg workouts. I don't know if you have the Timesaver DVD, but #5 is a few of the Legs & Glutes first exercises and a couple more from other workouts, then you get to the ankle weight part. I noticed doing the shorter version in Timesaver, my legs had more energy for the ankle weight segment. A good alternate for days when you aren't feeling so strong...:)...Carole
