I did L&G for the first times this morning and all I can say is that I hope I can walk tomorrow. I believe this is the tape my lower half has been looking for.
Can anyone comment on the results they have gotten from the L&G tape?
I LOVE this workout!! I have had great results with this. I lost about an inch on each side of my hips and really trimmed down my legs altogether. I am sure the cardio helped also, but the combination together really did a lot for me. I used it twice a week in my last rotation for 4 weeks. Good Luck!!
I love this workout!!! So far, it has proven to be challenging, fun, and never boring. I love how the exercises continuously change and Cathe keeps you guessing.
I did this video with my boyfriend 4 or 5 nights ago (it was his first Cathe leg tape) and he literally couldn't walk for the next 48 hours. All he did was complain about the excruciating pain in his quads, hams, calves, etc. And he's in AWESOME shape. So I felt pretty darn proud of my progress.
I am very surprised that I am not too sore today. I thought I would be able to walk! I have some mild soreness in my hamstrings, but that is it. I wonder if it because my legs tend to be pretty strong anyway.
Hey Kimmy...what are your legs made of iron or something???...cause all I did yesterday was the Timesaver edition of legs and glutes and my poor quads are screaming today....must be the floor work...now I remember why I hate it so much. Yikes! Donna.
I did this workout today for the first time too. Yowza! by the time she got to the leg sweeps on the floor I was giving in to laying on the mat panting. I'm looking forward to getting better
I've been trying to decide what my rotation should be for April. It will be the first actual rotation I put together, I usually just do what I feel like doing on the day. I have these of Cathes:

I have lots of other CIA stuff. I've been just trying to add muscle using the Pyramid and SH tapes but now I want to work on fat loss and endurance. Any advise how I should go about a rotation with this selection? I think I will also get CTX upper since I have more lower body tapes. Any advise on what else I should add? I'm using videos for now, I'm sure I'll convert to DVD someday. Thanks.
I love this DVD. I know they say you can't spot reduce fat, but all I know is after I added this DVD (without changing the other weights I was doing), my bottom half changed shape, much better!
I don't know what my legs are made of because I was not as sore as I expected to be. I had some soreness in my right hamstring and calf, but not enough to talk about. I am going to do the floor portion and some of the standing leg work again tomorrow.
