Legs & Glutes: What kind of results

I just "completed" my first L&G workout! My God! What a challenge that is! Whew! I have been working out faithfully 6 days per week, and needed to change my rotation.

I was wondering what type of results everyone has gotten with this, such as MUSCLE MASS INCREASE or LEANING THE LOWER BODY (losing inches). I am eating clean and am going to increase my cardio this month as I have been mainly focusing on increasing my weights, to build size. I am stuck at a certain weight for two months now and that is with NO cheat days and working out, so I am getting frustrated, BUT that is another story.

So, anyway, should this workout be done every other day, or maybe just twice per week?

Also, is it okay to do an intense cardio the same day or the following day after this workout, since the legs are used so much? Thanks again!

Personally, I would do Legs and Glutes one day and Pure Stregth the next, for a total of 2 leg workouts in one week. Absolutely not would I do a very intense cardio after either of these. Maybe walk or run....no Cathe plyos.

I pretty much agree with Janice. Use this tape once a week, and some other leg tape another day (not the next day! I think Janice meant the next workout, not the next day). I like to combine it with PLB or PS Legs or SH Legs.

I do cardio the day before or the same day as Legs and Glutes, but not the day after, unless it's something less intense. When I do something the same day as Legs and Glutes, I do it as a warmup. For example, the allstep premix of Cardio and Weights or the Combo 1,2,3 only premix of StepBlast.

Another suggestion is to add another leg workout in by doing a combo leg and cardio workout such as the circuit section of Body Max or Power Circuit. Some also do the Circuit Max weight sections by working the lower body only, using heavier weights. This way you can get in another leg workout and not miss out on your cardio.

Today I did L&G and attempted to follow it with my favorite little Cathe premix of my own--the warmup and 1st combo of Step Blast followed by the 1st combo of Rhythmic Step plus the step challenge. I've done the cardio first many times before L&G but never the reverse. Let's just say I wouldn't recommend it.
