Legs everyday?

Hi Cathe - I'm in constant search mode for a great thigh trimming routine. Like many - that's my "problem area".

I've recently started a low or no weight rotation for my legs (pilates, bar method etc) IN which I'll do 10-20 minutes or standing or floor work 6 - 7 days a week, complimented by the leg work in your circuit workouts like Cardio & Weights, Boot camp etc (usally 1 or 2 of these a week). What are your thoughts on this.??? Can you work legs everyday if it's not heavy weight work. I've read conflicting opinions and am curious how you wiegh in on the topic.

also wanted to add that I do two intense upper body workouts per week, 3-4 cardio only workouts and 1-2 circuits. usually 1 rest day
 
Try posting this in "open discussion." I'm sure there are some experienced persons who could give us some great help on this. I am really interested in the facts behind this method of training as well.

As the other poster mentioned, do post this in open discussion. A number of women here do a freestyle rotation thaqt I believe works the legs several times per week. Rhonda (rcook) is particularly knowledgeable about this.
