Legs and Glutes

Just did this workout tonight--I am in the midst of June's Rock Bottom rotation...and forgot how much I love this workout!
It is great!! And out of all the workouts of Cathe's, she is sooo funny and sweet and encouraging.:)
In her Gym Styles, she seems more subdued--still awesome, but in the Intensity Series she is happy and understands just how much those leg raises really hurt!

I love all her workouts, thank god for Cathe. She saves me from the gym and brings a smile to my face.:)
 
One more thing? Has anyone done the 81 minute premix leg workout on the Legs and Glutes DVD? I almost tried it, but that is a super long time, wanted to know what I was in for??
 
I haven't tried the 81 min. but L&G is MY FAVORITE Cathe's lower body workout... I can't get enough of this one... plus I totally love the music :)
 
Our you talking Legs & Glutes Xtreme? I believe that one is also 80 plus minutes}( I may attempt workout this week, I keep eyeing it :) if only I could get my nerves up }( Its a killler workout. Let me know!!!

You basically do all the standing work twice and then the floorwork.
