Thanks so much. I wouldn't of been able to find it if you wouldn't of given me direction. I just thought it was a work out for your Legs and Glutes. I didn't know that KPC came with it.
Lisa, I did K,P,C on Tuesday and on Wednesday I was beat. My body was so tired so Thursday I took a rest day and today I did LG. That is a killer work out for the lower body but it's just what I need.
