Legs and Glutes vs Leaner Legs or SH Legs....

I've been reading that everyone LOVES Legs and Glutes so much that now I want it! BUT I have the PS Legs, SH Legs, PLB, and Leaner Legs tapes. My question is - should I get this one too, or is it similar enough to the other leg tapes that I shouldn't bother? If they are different-what makes them different (or better, etc). Thanks!
 
L&G has some new moves - unweighted plyo work, a nice standing ankle weight segment, and then floor work. I like L&G, but it's kind of easy (compared to LL or S&H). It is a nice change though. And if you get the DVD, there's some nice Kick, Punch, and Crunch & Legs and Glutes premixes combining both workouts...
 
Get Legs and Glutes if you are getting a bit tired of the workouts you have and just want something different. It is effective, new and has some unique moves, but the ones you have are all excellent also. You'll do fine with them if they are not boring you.
 
Legs and Glutes has so many innovative moves that it is worth its weight in gold. When people say it is "kinda easy" I just don't get it. When it gets easier, get up there with your weight and I guarantee you will feel it. Actually, I would have to say it is so far DIFFERENT than S&H or PS that it is a great complementary workout.

I don't have SH, maybe one day I will get it, but Legs & Glutes, I love, I love the fact you don't have to use a barbell in this one, and very few pieces of equipment, but you still get a hard workout.
My least favorite used to be the glute sweeps on the floor, but I would have to say now its the explosive lunges. This DVD is just so different to me. Those drop squats and thigh raises, the thigh raises with ankle weights really get me lol.......... this is a great workout........ Rhonda

don't have LL either, probably won't since I will have to spend nearly 100 dollars to get it on DVD......
 
Legs & Glutes is different than any lower body workout I have done. It is a great workout for the lower body plus it is loads of fun. There is such a variety of excercises in this workout, some of them without weights. The excercises w/o weights are not easy. Bottom line - I love this workout.:)
