Legs and Glutes - first time since Hard Core

Anybody else experience this? After playing with hard core for 2 weeks I'm following Cathe's suggested rotations - starting with fat loss for 4 weeks then I'll move onto the others. But I really started missing my heavier weights so I pulled out L&G yesterday. Now I don't want to say "easy" but I definitely think it felt not quite as hard as before (and by before, I mean only 3 weeks ago). Anyone else notice anything similar?
 
YES! In fact....I have tried Muscle Endurance and Power Hour since doing Muscle Max. Now...ME and PH seem SO easy. I had to up my weight load and NEVER would that thought I could go any higher than I already was. I even started to do the high step presses with a HEAVY band and not the Cathe dynaband. So...I'm there with you! The max workouts have really upped my level and that makes me a very happy girl!!!
 
Wonderful! In my opinion, that is one of the best ways to measure your improvement - going back to something that was hard and finding it is now easy! Good for you! :) :)

Wow, that sounds very encouraging. Way to go! I'm thinking of going back to S&H and using those with HC. You think I'll be able to up my weights? I'm crossing my fingers.:)
