Legs and Glutes Cardio Challenge

OK, I am really getting creative now while anticipating the new releases. I did L&G whith 4lb dumbells. For the entire standing exercises I incorporated overhead presses, lat raises, upright rows, bicep curls and tricep extensions as it fit with the leg work. (No weights with her "no weights" exercises). Great calorie burn without the bulking of heavy weights a la Freestyle.
