If I do one of the leg tapes once during the week and during the same week, I go for a 10 mile bike ride with my 2 year old in a bike trailer behind me - am I getting enough legs for the week? Between her and the trailer, there's probably an extra 40 lbs. of pull on the bike. I'd like to blow off the leg portion of MIS when I do it tomorrow morning. I know if I do MIS in the morning and then attempt to take the bike out that same day, I'm pretty fried and can't get too far - especially if it's windy!
I don't know how good of a hamstring workout cycling is, but I sure feel it in my quads and glutes!
