Hi Cathe--I hope you are relaxing a-little after that grueling schedule--filming. I die just thinking about it! Anyway, I wanted to ask you a question about weight training the legs. I really like the appearance of some body builders legs--where the thigh sweeps in at the knee making the knee joint look small and then the calve looks muscular--cut as well. I was wondering is it heavy weight work that produces these results-how many reps? Thanks so much for the great videos you produce--I'm waiting for the eight pack to arrive---any day??!!!! Ranae
