I really am very happy with the pace that you decided to go with for the weight segment on the legs. I find I'm better able to focus on the muscle group without the cardio becoming a distracting factor. I also love the variety of leg exercises that you do to hit each area. So many new and different exercises, thanks for a great DVD. I haven't tried the other segments yet. Oh yes, I love the time factor it's so important to me these days to be able to get in, work hard and get out. Thanks again.
