I really am very happy with the pace that you decided to go with for the weight segment on the legs. I find I'm better able to focus on the muscle group without the cardio becoming a distracting factor. I also love the variety of leg exercises that you do to hit each area. So many new and different exercises, thanks for a great DVD. I haven't tried the other segments yet. Oh yes, I love the time factor it's so important to me these days to be able to get in, work hard and get out. Thanks again.

I too love the lower body weight work on 4DS. Not a huge amount of reps, not a bunch of variations of the same exercises (e.g. 6 versions of lunges). It's "just right," IMO! And the exercises, while familiar, seem a bit fresh and new. I really enjoy it. It's thorough, yet relatively brief. Somedays I just don't want (or can't hack) working my legs as long as we do with say PLB, GS Legs or B&G! Thanks, Cathe!
