You know, I've been doing this section with ankle weights (1 lb. each)and it's difficult but it's working, meaning I've been proggressing! I found a 9 lb. body bar at Sports Authority over the weekend, picked it up and thought how tough PS/SLA would be using the bar!! I am just getting to the point where I can do almost all of the reps but I'd be right back at square one if I had that 9 lb. bar!!!
But I wonder how much more effective the workout would be with the body bar. Donna, any advice?
