I recently did week 2 meso 2 leg workout and during the last round of the first tri set my quads cramped sooo badly for me I couldnt finish the tri set. The rest of the work out I had to majorly cut back on my weight selection. I've lifted heavy for several years and this has never happened. I was in pain for 2 days after. legs are coming up this week and Im scarred! Any ideas as to why this happened and what I should do to prevent it again. I dont want to re-live it, it was AWFUL! Thanks!
