Leg based cardio workouts by Cathe

Goodmorning all,
I was just going through my cathe video's and trying to create my own rotation to really focus on my lower body. It seems that 6 months of focusing on the legs is what seems to work. So I came up with this rotation which incorporates 2 cardio's a week and I wanted it to be leg based cardio's.
My rotation looks like this
Mon-High reps Lower body premix Tues-High Reps Upperbody Premix Wed-cardio(leg based)
Thurs-OFF Fri-HR LB Premix Sat-HR UB Premix Sun-cardio(leg based).
I will keep this rotaion for 4 weeks then change the weight workouts to something else like STS total body using the premixes and then change again in another 4 weeks.

So which cathe cardio dvd's do you think are leg based?
I know that her kickbox video's are and I think Lowmax and all the plyo's from STS are too but I'm stuck......

I think Afterburn is a great cardio/leg workout. I always have DOMs in the butt and legs the day after. Also, Athletic Training. AT also has a premix that is cardio and legs. I haven't done it, but previewed it and it looks intense. IMAXes are good too, IMO. Slide and Glide is good for inner thigh work (I get DOMS after that one too). Low Impact Challenge, Athletic Step also have some leg drills at the end. The original Bootcamp is good too, it even has a legs/cardio/core premix and it is a fast workout for days when you are short on time.

I agree with all listed, and wanted to include BodyMax2, Cardio Core Circuit, HiiT especially 40/20, and Intensity.
They area all cardio but really work the legs as well - double whammy:D

Oh ho ho ho...YES! LIS in general is phenomenal for the legs! I actually get an amazing cardio factor when I do the lower body portion of Trisets, too. I just did that one on Sunday and the lower body DOMS lasted two days! :D
Also, Drill Max has a leg/cardio premix that is great, too!
 
Do you have High Step Advanced? This has cardio and lower body premix that is phenomenal. I usually do the following: warm up, then cardio premix (the 5 cardio portions only), then premix called cardio with legs (major amount of leg presses-in a good way!), then the cool down. It's about 45 minutes and I am dripping at the end.

Something about Afterburn just makes my legs and glutes have serious DOMS for days! Actually, the entire LIS is great for the LB :)

All of Cathe's hiit's work the legs well, in addition to her Imax's.

Same here! Anytime I do Afterburn I always feel it the next day! The first time I completed it I was sore for 3 days! It's at the bottom of my Cathe pile now, which means its time for me to do it again!
