Good afternoon all. I have a question for any of you who have or had a lease before. We are about to turn in a 3 year lease on a toyota. We took very good care of it, DH only drove it 5 miles to work. My question is, do we have any leverage to negotiate the disposition fee or anything they find wrong with it considering we only have 15,000 miles on it after 3 years and we were given the usual 12,000 per year? Sorry so wordy but this is our first lease and I'm not liking the fees associated with this especially when we have to go get another car. Any help you all can give is much appreciated. I truly hate dealing with car dealerships, I like to go in with guns fully loaded. Have a great day!

I think the only leverage you have is getting a good deal towards a new car.

Unfortunately we went shopping the other day and the dealers weren't too willing to negotiate. You would think with this economy they would change their deal. Thanx for the input, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a good car at a good price!
