I have been doing Turbo Fire for 7 weeks now and my booty is getting bigger my jeans just will not fit over it and I just bought new jeans last month can someone please explain why this is happening and how can I solve the problem?

I have no idea why that is happening, are you putting on muscle from the plyos? You might intersperse more running, that always leaned out my butt.

Slimming your booty

Hi,
Try Brazilian Butt Lift. It's tough. I needed to swap in Cathe cardio however as the card part in Brazilian butt lift was too wimpy. The Bumbum workout and sculpting work is incredibly tough despite the no to low weight/resistance you are instructed to use in this workout. I build muscle in my lower body pretty efficiently and this helped me slim it down while still keeping tone and definition. For maintenance I intersperse it wit Cathe lower body work.

Cathe's Butts & Guts is my all-time favorite go-to for butt work--the leg blast premix (I think that's what it's called) is WONDERFUL, and my new timesaver favorite for the booty is Jackie Warner's new timesaver workout. Whew, I had butt DOMS for two days after doing that! And it's only 30 minutes.

Hi Roxie,

Are you following the TF rotation or doing your own thing? Specifically, I'm wondering how many times per week you're doing the HiiT ones. Also, are you doing any strength training for your lower body?

I am strictly following the rotation and it doesn't do a whole lot of wt. work. I was planning on adding 4ds wt. work in next month after my recovery week but thinking I might do B&G floor work for legs.
