Hi:
I have this workout and love it..When I need a "quick and diry" workout this is the one I always grab.
Its shorter than most of Cathe's leg workouts, but the pace is fast and the rest is minimal. Also, it has a pretty solid ab workout at the end.
It is all standing work... lots of squats, lunge variations as well as some calf work.
If its in your budget, I would highly recommend the whole CTX series.. they are very versatile, and extremely thorough for all body parts.
