Leaner Legs..

Uhm, or should I say "meaner legs"? Holy cow, I've never wanted to curse out a person as badly as I did Cathe for making me stand up! I had no idea that just a simple move like standing could be so difficult. But leave it to Cathe to take something like standing and make it almost impossible to finish the set. Yes, I'm refering to those sit and stands that hse has you do, what, 12 of? How does 12 seem more like 100 at the time? Does anyone else experience that? Ha, ha!
Anyway, I was explaining the workout to dh, and he began just alughing at me. It was because of the way I was describing the workout, it went something like this, Ok, first she starts you off with about a million squats, then you do about a million dead lifts, then she has you do a million more squats and a Million more dead lifts..etc. So, needless to say he was laughing at my exaturations.
Well, I thought I would just share my first experience with Lean Legs. I was affraid of this one with good cause apparently! Yet, I love it, go fugure..

I love this work out too. This one still makes me want to cry. I'm not able to up my weights very often with this one but when I do it really makes me smile.

Hi Kathy! I do remember very vividly the 1st time I did this tape. I made the mistake by using a 40# barbell!! When I mentioned this to Cathe she said "WOWZA"!! What was I thinking! Needless to say I had to drop it down a notch. I love this tape! Kathy
 
Hi Kathy! You got this one finally....I figured you'd like it. I was screaming myself with the Sit & Stands the other day, probably because I increased my weight a bit...:D . Yes it does feel like a million of everything and all that sweat dripping off my nose....:) ..therefore a good workout...Carole
 
I don't touch that one at all! If I was Joey ( from FRIENDS ) it would be kept in the FRIDGE. I bet if you do that one without weights it would still be effective because of the reps! Then again I love S&H LEGS. Go figure why LL wipes the floor with me. But my mantra is ... Love thy Legs.
 
I just did this last night..wow...I had to reduce some reps cause my legs were on fire...its an awesome workout..I thought Standing Legs was tough!!!
 
Oh I'm so glad I'm not the only one that found that tough. I can get through Pyramid Lower Body and Legs and Glutes without feeling like I just can't do one more rep by the end. So, i thought maybe i just lost some muscle or something, but I guess not. It's just that tough. I'm very glad I have it and that I can use it once a week or so, I bet you get great results with it!
