Leaner Legs vs. Firm It Up

Hi everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone owns both Leaner Legs and Firm It Up from Slim Series and can compare/contrast the two. I tend to get very bulky, muscular legs with too much heavy weight work and am wondering if Leaner Legs would be a good purchase for me. I've got Firm It Up and thinks it's great, but I've been on a Cathe "roll" lately and would like to add one of her leg workouts to my collection.

So, in short, should I order or stick with FIU?

Thanks in advance!

Leaner Legs is one of my favorite lower body workouts. It's more of an endurance workouts - lots of reps, so you definitely don't need to use very heavy weights. It's very thorough and you get a lot of work done in a short period of time. There's no floorwork, though, like Firm It Up has, but there is a good ab section at the end (traditional ab work).

I definitely recommend it!

I would get Legs and Glutes before Leaner Legs. Leaner Legs, IMO, is overkill on the standing leg work. I think L&G is much more balanced and offers a nice variety of leg exercises. You can choose your weight so it will not bulk.

Just my .02 cents...
