Oh my, I can hardly walk today after doing Leaner Legs for the first time yesterday. I was surprised that there was no stretching after the brief warmup - might this have something to do with the extreme soreness?
Just curious if anyone takes a few minutes to stretch before starting the main workout and if this helps to prevent soreness?
