Leaner Legs Question

Cathlete
I just got the CTX series, and started on Monday to do them in order. I'm scheduled to do Leaner Legs tomorrow, and I just wanted to ask if anyone has any experience or opinion as to whether a whole tape of leg work is going to make my legs "leaner," as the name suggests. I have a tendency to build muscle very easily, especially in my legs, and I guess I'm hesitant to work them too hard or too much. I don't want to have to go up a jean size. Am I being over-cautious here? Please help!

Don't worry. LL is an endurance workout. It is designed to help you go longer under tension, not to bulk the muscles. The leg work is only 33 minute (only - hah!) so it isn't as if you were lifting a heavy weight for an hour. Cathe uses 35# in this one. If you are really worried about bulking, then go lighter. I tend to pack on weight like crazy in my lower body, but the CTX series (LL included) did wonders for leaning me out and making my legs stonger, yet sleeker, not bigger. Hope you like it!

Thanks so much, Jillybean. Your reassurance was just what I needed to get me up and going tomorrow morning. As I said, this is my first week with CTX, but I am loving it so far (even if I am aching in places I didn't even know I had muscles). Thanks for the info and encouragement.
