Leaner Legs PAIN

Just how many times does one need to do LL before they stop feeling pain????

I've done it once/week for over 8 weeks, and every time it's the same pain a day later, and it lasts for 2 days (quads, hams). I know it means it's working, but shouldn't the muscles be getting used to this work out by now? Does it mean I'm over-loading the legs?

Does anyone else still feel sore after doing LL several times?

:-wow

I felt pain for 8 weeks too. Part of the reason, I think, is because there is little to no rest in LL. I think I build up lots of lactic acid during that one. I find that if I do the stretch from LL and then a stretch from another CTX after LL is done, I don't feel it as much the next day. And sometimes, to be honest with you, I like the pain because I feel it in all of the places I want to make tighter and smaller! If it is too painful, maybe stop doing that tape for awhile or concentrate on floor work for a bit. Have fun!

jillybean - the reason I was concerned is that I read that always being sore after the same workout could mean that you are working too hard/overloading the muscles (I think I read too much! all the conflicting info drives me nuts!)

anyhow - I think that's a good idea to do extra stretching, actually I do that too, I do extra stretching after every workout. Maybe once I get PS - I'll take a break from LL and see what happens. I'm like you - I really don't mind being sore, as long as it goes away in a couple of days - that's the only workout that I still get sore from in CTX!

Because PS is slower, you get more rests and more stretching time in. It also ends with floor work. I wasn't as sore with PS, but saw great results! I bet you'll love it!
