I didn't count all the sit and stands, but 12?? Yeesh!!
I am DROOLING, I'm telling ya! I want this and all the tapes! I didn't think Cathe could get any better, but she has!!!

the sit and stands? I was worried by all the....
1/2 squats into full ones, 1/2 lunges into full ones and all the 1/4 dead lifts...and it wasn't like once you did them, you were finished...noooo...they would pop up again later...what did Cathe call it "active recovery"! Can't wait!

And a big round of applause for that little blond on the right!

I agree with you. You must be proud of her as am I. Brenda just keeps looking better and better each time I saw her (the last time I saw her was just after XMas). Her entire body keeps getting more and more defined. Brenda, if you're reading this, I hope your friends and family are as proud of you as your Internet buddies are. I congratulate all of the cast members for their time and effort. They all deserve an applause (so does our beloved leader, Cathe).
