Wow - I just read everything too. I say she and others just need time to cool off. I am a member of another forum for Human Resource professionals and will occasionally post for assistance in personal-related issues. I am always ripped to shreds on them by people telling me I don't know what I am doing, etc. Once, I even bawled in my office b/c people were so nasty (yes I know, pretty pathetic). But...I always come back after "getting over it" in time... I hope
