Last June rotaton-anybody have it??

I did a search and failed to find it. The rotation was design to make you more "cut" while leaning out. I remember it had PUB/PLB and MIS in it. I didn't have all the workouts then, I think I do now. I'll appreciated if someone can help me out. :D Thanks!

Wow Runcrazy! That rotation looks to be a killer, but I don't have the Slow and Heavy series. I suppose I should remedy that. ;)

Annabella, Do you mind sharing what this rotation did for you? Do you seem more cut? I'm happy with my lower body, but would like to see more definition to my upper body. I've done the TTA before, but I'm more interested in this rotation. Probably because this one includes her newer workouts like PLB/PUB and C&W.
 
I did get more definition in my upper body, I was hoping for the lower body when I started as that is where my extra fat is - I am planning on doing it again in the future. There was another lady doing this rotation with me and she had results in her upper body also along with her legs!
