Lalofit?

Hey guys , was wondering if any of you have tried the "Lalofit" DVD , and if so what you thought of it and his "Freeze" technique. I read some positive reviews at Amazon.com as well as collage video , but thought if I could get some info from fellow Cathe devotees I would get a better perspective of the workout( like I need more , LOL). Thanks!

A lot of his moves are similar to P90X.

If you like to do squats and lunges, plus tons of shoulders, you'll love it. Also, has a decent abs/core ending. I actually love mine, my butt was surprisingly sore a few days after.
