I tried to give you a bit of variety but work in enough cardio & weight training each week. I also worked in abs with the weights--for instance some workouts come with abs, like I believe Total Body Sculpting does, but Body Fusion doesn't, so that's when I suggested using Ab Hits. For variety I alternated weeks of your various workouts with weeks using the Timesaver DVD. I hope you like it.
