Have you ever designed a rotation for someone personally? I would like you to come up with one for me. I have Timesaver Blast, Low Impact step plus Total Body Sculpting, Beginner Step plus Body Fusion, and Total Body Stretching also have Ab Hits. I would really appreciate it. I also have Turbo Jam.
 
Roxie1965--I would enjoy working up a rotation for you. I'm not an expert or anything, but I do enjoy fiddling with rotation ideas. What kind of results are you looking for--weight loss? strength building? Also, about Turbo Jam--I'm not very familiar with it--how many Turbo Jam workouts do you have and are they cardio or what?

If you can answer these questions, I'll see what I can come up with.

Hey Lainie,
Iam mainly at this point trying to improve my cardiovascular strength, drop last 8lbs, and toning up everywhere. I have all of the Turbo Jams, they are cardio and dancy kickboxing. I really wouldn't need them in the rotation I really enjoy step.
 
Ok, here's my idea. Let me know what you think.

DAY 3...Total Body.........Basic Step Add-ons= Upper Body Sculpt + Lower Body Sculpt + Abs
DAY 4...Cardio.............Turbo Jam cardio or jog at least ½ hour
DAY 5...Circuit............Body Fusion + Ab Hits segment of choice
DAY 6...Cardio.............Low Impact Step
DAY 7...Rest, Stretch......Total Body Stretching—part 1

DAY 1...Cardio, Weights....Timesaver # 2 – Step & Hi/Lo Aerobics + Back & Core

I tried to give you a bit of variety but work in enough cardio & weight training each week. I also worked in abs with the weights--for instance some workouts come with abs, like I believe Total Body Sculpting does, but Body Fusion doesn't, so that's when I suggested using Ab Hits. For variety I alternated weeks of your various workouts with weeks using the Timesaver DVD. I hope you like it.
