Hello Cathe,
I am very new to your workouts, starting May 2011. Needless to say, I AM HOOKED! You are very inspiring and challenging, and I am so lucky to have found you!
My question is this, I find that during my PMS week (yes, it's one week for me) my endurance and strength go down a few notches. I find it very difficult to complete one of your video's during this week, as I get exhausted fast and become frustrated and pretty much stop 3/4 way through. My strength also goes down and I can't lift nearly as heavy as I usually do. Is this normal? Should I perhaps do some lighter stuff and back off the more advance video's (I tried Hardcore Extreme Hi/Low intervals and HIIT 40/20 during one PMS week and almost died!). My co-ordination is off too, so any type of complex step and I lose focus and stumble/fall/give up. I don't want to lose any strength/cardio during this week. Which workouts would you recommend for an easier week? I have you new LIS and love em'!
