Walking Planks (spiderman pushups)
Supermans
Mountain Climbers
Sumo Hops
Pike Crunch
Scissor Crunch - these are still tough! She does them REAL SLOW!
kettlebell cleans and press (20#)
Jumping Lunges - another tough one! She also does these REAL SLOW!
Dumbbell shadowboxing - 5#
Butt kickers with dumbbells - 5#
Jumping jacks with dumbbells - 5#
Full situps
Travelling pushups (like in Core Synergistics)
Plank Rows with leg raises - 5# (will go up in weight next time)
Jump Squats
Rock Star Jumps - 16 first round, 15 second round
Side plank raises

Make sure you rest it. Better off resting a little now than a lot later.
