L&G vs LL

Hi, LL and L & G are workouts to slim your legs. My favorite between these two workouts is L & G.

I never thought of it that way, but maybe. I personally think LL is harder & keeps them leaner because of the neverending reps, but then L&G really works to tone inner & outer thighs.

Hmmm. Guess I didn't answer your question. Actually, the ones that would proabaly add more muscle would be PLM, S&H, PS & GSL. Does that help?

Yes thanks. I used to do the FIRM a lot & it really, really slimmed down my legs & hips. Then I got lazy and didn't exercise, gained 10 pounds & my legs & hips went back to being big & flabby again.

I started using Cathe tapes about 6 weeks ago, but it hasn't had the slimming effect that FIRM did. I'm alternating w/both now to see what happens.
