I did the full KPC for the first time yesterday. I had done it a couple times from FitTv and didn't realize how much they cut out. I think this is the toughest all cardio workout - even harder than MIC. Maybe because I'm not used to it yet.

I had a heck of a time with the last segment - the double side-kicks followed by the two front jump-kicks. My legs are pretty stiff when I do the side kicks. Does that loosen up after you've done this a few times? It makes me feel old.
 
I love this workout. It has taken me awhile to get comfortable with it. I always feel kind of stiff if I have not done kickbox for awhile. I feel like this is Cathe's hardest kickbox. It does feel much looser after some time.

I agree that it feels easier after a few tries, as you figure out how to pace yourself, and come to know what will come next.

I also find Combo #3 to be very challenging due to all the side kicks. I just remind myself that it is the shortest of all the combos, it will be over soon, and I'm doing great things for my hips and thighs. And - if I want it to feel easier next time, I've got to actually DO it this time!! x(

The music in this kickboxing workout is fantastic - much better than any of the others.
