KPC Question

Hi, Cathe,
I know you are super-swamped with STS right now, but I have a question about KPC. I absolutely love this workout, but every time I do it, I get really sore in my "elbow pits" (the inside of my elbows). Do you have any idea why this might be happening or what I might do to avoid it? Jerry (eaglobo) gave me a couple of form pointers, but he and I both know that you are the real expert! I'd appreciate any suggestions you might have.
I'm soooo excited to see you in 2 weeks at July RT!!
 
Not Cathe but it sounds like your hyper extending those arms too much when you throw those punches...something I do when I throw a Kick box video in after a bad day of work...I really get into throwing those punches. God help anyone if they were standing in the way...

Maybe baby the punches a bit...that may help!

Thanks, Celeste! I have had a pretty crummy week, so I may have really been trying to "fight it out." :)
